This Site is the property of Zippy Golf Shopping. Use of this Site is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms“). Zippy Golf Shopping is not liable to you or any other for any loss in connection with the use of this Site. Please read the full Terms before shopping with us. By making any purchases on this Site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.
Nothing contained in these Terms derogates from Zippy Golf Shopping’s right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this Site or information provided to or gathered by Zippy Golf Shopping with respect to that use.

Content; Copyright and Trademark Notice.
All media, software, text, images, graphics, user interfaces, music, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork and other content on the Site (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, selection, arrangement, and coordination of such Content on the Site is owned or licensed by or to Zippy Golf Shopping, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights laws. Consent to Collection, Use & Disclosure of Your Personal Information.
As more fully described in our Privacy Policy, you must disclose certain Personal Information to use our Site, register, and make purchases. As a condition of registering with our Site or making any purchases of any products and/or services, you represent that you have first read our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in our Privacy Policy. While Zippy Golf Shopping to prevent unauthorised access to your personal information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorised access, and we make no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to your private information.

Conditions of Sale and Payment Terms.
To purchase any goods and/or services on our Site, you must be at least eighteen (18). By submitting payment information to us, such as credit card details, you agree that you authorise us to charge your card. All sales of products and services are final.

Methods of Payment, Credit Card Terms and Taxes.
All payments must be made by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, direct deposit of funds into our nominated bank account. Unless expressly set forth on this Site, we do not accept any other payment methods. If we offer or accept any other form of payment, you hereby agree to all restrictions, terms and conditions associated with such additional form of payment. Your card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.
We use the latest technology and software for our transactions with our customers, however we will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
Zippy Golf Shopping purchases include GST unless otherwise stated on a product listing.

Order Acceptance Policy.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We further reserve the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by Zippy Golf Shopping upon shipment of products. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier.

Pricing, Modifications to Prices or Payment Terms.
As you may understand, there is a lot of detail on a web site and while we are very careful to make sure the information on this Site is up to date and correct, mistakes do happen. If you order an item and we have the wrong price or description shown, we will call you or send you an email explaining the problem before we process your credit card. You will then have a choice of either proceeding with the order, based on the new information, or cancelling the order. We make it clear that, if a genuine error has been made with the pricing on an item or the description, we will not ship to you or charge you without your approval of any alterations. At all times and in all things, Zippy Golf Shopping makes it very clear that, if an incorrect price for an item is shown on this Site, we shall not be necessarily bound to supply the item at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right, at any time, to change our prices and billing methods for products sold, effective immediately upon posting on the Site or by e-mail delivery to you.

Use of the expression “Was” and “Our Price”
“Was” is a figure used to provide a general indication of the full retail price of the item being offered for sale. We do not represent this price as the price at which we have ever sold such goods or that “Our Price“ reflects any actual savings to you, nor does it suggest you should make buying decisions based solely on that information. We recommend that you make your own independent enquiries to satisfy yourself that the item(s) you are considering purchasing are satisfactory value for your investment.

Shipping and Delivery
You are advised that goods shipped are entirely at your risk from the time the goods leave our premises. Under all other circumstances, Zippy Golf Shopping and its shipping contractors take no responsibility for goods lost in transit, goods delivered late or goods damaged in transit.
It is your responsibility to arrange insurance to cover goods in transit if such insurance is so required. We will not ship products using a buyer’s transport company unless we are provided with Pre Paid shipping labels to fully cover the cost of the transport to the nominated delivery address.
Zippy Golf Shopping shall be responsible for making sure the correct goods are actually contained in the delivery and shall be responsible for the cost of rectifying actual packing errors.

Return and Exchange Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase from Zippy Golf Shopping, we will exchange or refund your order within the first 30 days of your purchase. Refunds and exchanges can only be accepted on new and un-used merchandise. Given the nature and size of our products, refunds will be minus shipping costs and may be subject to re-stocking fees.

Limitation of Liability.
The entire risk arising out of the use of this Site, the use of any products offered on or in connection with this Site remains with you. In no event shall Zippy Golf Shopping be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising out of these Terms, the use of or inability to use any products, with the delay or inability to use this Site or related services or the provision of or failure to provide products or services. Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms or posted on this Site, the maximum liability that Zippy Golf Shopping shall have is limited to any amounts actually paid to Zippy Golf Shopping by end user. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that shall not be our responsibility.

We may, from time to time, change or add to this Site (including these Terms) or the information, products and services without notice. However, we do not undertake to keep this Site updated. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on this Site or if that information is not up-to-date.

These Terms are effective until terminated by Zippy Golf Shopping and we may terminate this agreement and your access to this Site at any time without notice. In the event of termination you are no longer authorised to access this Site, but all restrictions imposed on you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms will survive.
